Tools to assist in identifying and developing leadership potential

Smiths have a number of development tools to assist you in both development planning and actual development of leadership talent. The foundation stone to all of these tools is the Smiths Leadership Competency Model. These eight competencies act as the compass by which you can measure leadership ability.
