The foundation stone to all of these tools is the Smiths Leadership Competency Model.

These eight competencies act as the compass by which you can measure leadership ability.

PPDR: Suitable for use with all leadership potential employees with the recognition that this tool is designed to measure current performance rather than as a predictor of performance.
