Leadership Levels

Given that the organisational structure and hierarchy varies considerably across Smiths Group the following pyramid aims to provide a commonality in language with regard to leadership levels.

As you will see from the diagram, level 1 is a direct report to the Chief Executive with direct reports being in a level 2 type role.
