Nominating Talent

To assist you in preparing for the Talent Resource meeting there is a web enabled database (TIMS) through which you are required to nominate employees to the talent pools and the possible blocker and critical retention boxes. Via this tool you can run a series of reports to assist you in preparing for the meeting and via which you are required to present your data.
